Asset Lifcycle

Manage all stages of the asset lifecycle from acquisition, operation, maintenance, to decommissioning and disposal

Case management & Work orders

Each case begins with an initial service request, which may result in a work order.

Inventory & Resource management

Ensure that the necessary parts and resources are available for maintenance and operation of the assets

Visual Design

Resource Management. This has an overview of all the workpacks(RID) within a workorder. Each workpack requires resources that can be planned in.

Case management | Workorders. This is an overview page of a workorder where you can track your finances, add workpackts (RID) and progression of the resources planned.

Contract Management | Document upload. Here you can onboard a new customer who wants a service contract, guided step by step.

Asset management. You can add a physical part and add all part required to build it. This way you can create a complex Bill of Materials.
